A little bit about me.

I’m a 250 hour certified yoga instructor recognized by The Yoga Alliance. I was trained with a focus on Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa. I’ve also completed my prenatal and postnatal yoga training while I was pregnant with my second son. 

I have also studied mindfulness self-compassion, meditation, breathwork, hot/cold immersion and psychedelic healing practices.

I understand the deep importance of breath and body connection. There are many powerful modalities to support your mind, body and spirit. My aim is to create opportunities for you to reconnect with your truest self.

My practice has helped me with injury, 2 pregnancies, loss, self discovery and has brought peace into my everyday life.
